It takes talented, caring professionals

At New Directions, our healthcare division provides clinical and administrative professionals for travel, temporary-to hire, and full-time opportunities. As a top travel nursing agency, we work with hospitals, outpatient clinics and associated facilities throughout the U.S.

For healthcare candidates, we verify nursing licenses and references prior to submission. Once selected, we follow the Joint Commission Healthcare Certification process for skills assessment and screening.

But we focus on more than a list of qualifications, certifications and licenses; we seek people who bring a higher level of care and commitment to ensure better patient outcomes.

What our nurses have to say…

Like many travel nurses, I have worked for several companies over the years. After working for New Directions, I accepted an assignment with a different firm. I found that they were not as flexible or supportive as New Directions. My recruiter Beth is always willing to spend time with me, and the staff has helped out with housing issues with no hesitation. When I need something New Directions is always there. They have an awesome group and I feel like part of the family.
